Step 1: Select your hotel
Sellect your hotel on our website.
Step 2: Complete our form
Please fill all required information on our form.
Step 3: Confirm your hotel
Once sending your booking form to us, you will immediately receive our email with details of your booking.
We will then process to check your chosen hotel's availability and confirm you the hotel's status within 12 hours except on Saturday and Sunday.
If your chosen hotel is available, we will send you an email with all details of promotion ( if any ), booking's details, cost, payment mode and deadlines.
If your chosen hotel is NOT available then we will try to suggest an alternative hotel or other solutions for you to consider.
Step 4: Payment
Once you decide to go ahead with your booking, please submit your payment to us. For online payment, we normally send our secured payment link on step 3 for you in order to save your time on contacting us. We don't require your credit card's details from the beginning as security purpose.
We are now accept major credit cards online. However, offline option is also available. Please fill CREDIT CARD PAYMENT FORM then fax to our SaPa head office.
Our cancellation policy will apply once you have submitted your credit cards or other methods of payment.
Step 5: Get your service voucher
Once your payment have been authorised by our bank, we will issue our service voucher by email. Please print them out then presented upon check-in.
How to book your tour
Following the same hotel booking steps of 1 & 2.

Step 3: Confirm your tour
Once sending your booking form to us, you will immediately receive our email with details of your booking.
We will then process to check with all related service's availabilities then confirm your tour booking within 24 hours.
If all services are available, we will send you an email with detailing of your services such as hotels, airlines, joining instruction, timing, costing, deadline...etc...
If any service is not available, we will try to suggest other alternative options for you to consider.
If you choose our customized tour service, we will send our proposal itinerary for your consideration or decision.
Step 4: Payment
Once you have decided to book our tour, we will send you our bank account for wire transfer or secured links for credit card online payment.
If your departure is more than 30 days: deposit 20% of total tour's cost or minimum of 100 USD per person is required.
If your departure is less than 30 days: full payment is required.
Our cancellation policy will apply once you have submitted your credit cards or other methods of payment.
Step 5: Get your service voucher
Once your payment have been authorised by our bank, we will issue our service voucher by email.

Deposits
All trips require a non-refundable deposit of US$100 per person. The deposits will confirm your reservation until 45 days prior to trip departure, at which time the balance of the trip is due. If the balance is not paid in full by the due date, the booking will be regarded as cancelled.
Cancellations
As a general rule, unless otherwise stated, our policy is that all cancellation must be informed in writing either by email or fax. Cancellations will be subject to the following charges:
* More than 45 days prior to trip departure. No charge, however 100$US deposit is non-refundable.
* 30-45 days before arrival: 10% charge
* 15-29 days before arrival: 40% charge
* 28-7 days before arrival: 60 % charge
* Within 7 days before arrival: 100% charge
Travel Insurance
Trip insurance is required for our trips. An insurance policy number for our all-inclusive travel insurance, which includes trip cancellation, medical evacuation and other coverage, should be confirmed upon your trip departure.
Tour cost
Tour costs and what inclusion/exclusion are listed on the itinerary for each tour. Unless indicated otherwise on the tour itinerary, the tour fee includes: accommodations in double/twin occupancy and meals as stated, all transportation during the tour, entrance fees , and services of a local tour guide. Tour costs are based in US$ and per person. No refunds will be given for unutilized services.
Voucher
Voucher will be issued by Indochina Expedition Travel after the booked trip is confirmed and payment is completed. A service voucher will be sent by email/fax or snail mail to passenger.
Liability
No refunds or exchanges can be made in respect of accommodation, meals, sightseeing tours, transport or any other services which are included in the tour prices but not utilized by the tour member.Indochina Expedition Travel is not responsible for any loss, injury or damage sustained by passengers. Additional expenses incurred due to delays or postponement, accidents, inclement weather, political restrictions or any other causes must be covered by the passengers. Passengers are required to have full travel insurance covered. This include trip cancellation, medical emergency evacuation, and other coverage. Airline schedule, train timetable and local conditions may affect accommodation and itineraries. Should this occur, Indochina Expedition Travel will endeavor to substitute a suitable arrangement of similar value.
Complaints/Refunds:
Indochina Expedition Travel will act as an intermediary between the clients and other services suppliers such as air, train, boat, and hotels in the event of any complaint.
